These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and xck33 ("xck33", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the xck33 website located at xck33.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the xck33 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by xck33, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by every clause contained herein. Access to and use of the xck33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. xck33 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and are not registering or using the Platform in any commercial, corporate, or professional betting capacity on behalf of a third party.
• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification bearing your date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the period stipulated in any verification request will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

To access the full range of xck33 services, you must create a personal account on the Platform. The following rules apply to the registration and ongoing management of your account:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on xck33. Multiple accounts held by the same person — identified by shared name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying characteristic — are strictly prohibited. xck33 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void all associated balances and transactions.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete and accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information current and notify xck33 of any changes promptly.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. xck33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify xck33 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Non-Transferability: Your xck33 account is personal to you. It may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any third party to use your account to place bets, access games, or conduct any other activity on the Platform.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting xck33 customer support. Any pending bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Withdrawable real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard verification procedures.

xck33 supports a range of payment methods suited to players based in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms and conditions:

4.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for local mobile banking methods. Minimum deposit amounts for other methods are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. xck33 does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. 4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 hours for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals via USDT are subject to standard network confirmation times. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Verification Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal, xck33 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This may include submission of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of your registered payment method. xck33 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of satisfactory verification.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bonus amounts, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless you have selected USDT as your account currency. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are borne by the player.

xck33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only. xck33 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the associated deposit) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x but vary per promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

xck33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of the individual promotion shall prevail.

The following rules govern the placement of bets and the participation in casino games on the xck33 Platform:

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on xck33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. Cricket bets, including those placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events, are governed by standard cricket betting rules as displayed in the sportsbook section. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the xck33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or using any account registered in the name of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in any way not sanctioned by xck33.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical faults in any game or betting market for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee outcomes or circumvent house edge.

In any event, xck33's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your xck33 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to xck33's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.

In the event of any dispute between you and xck33 arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. xck33 is committed to resolving all genuine player disputes fairly and transparently, and the majority of queries are resolved at the customer support level without the need for formal proceedings.
